9 rooms are available. 1 single, 1 twin and 7 doubles including a room with disabled access and a family room that can be converted to an additional twin. Cots and extra single beds are available on request.

All rooms have their own bath facilities, 7 en-suite and 2 with their own private bathroom.

Feeling too relaxed to sample the night-life? - then make yourself a cup of coffee, curl up in bed, and watch our HD digital flatscreen television or a DVD ( a wide variety of DVDs are supplied free of charge).

If you need to check your hotmail account or simply want to surf the web then broadband Internet access is available from a communal PC. As well as having a communal PC, we have recently installed wireless internet connections to every room allowing use of your own laptop.

Fraoch House has recently had a new extension with 3 new letting bedrooms added. It is currently graded 3 star by the Scottish Tourist Board and 3 diamond star from the AA.
