We will endeavour to reply to any booking request within 24 hours and we would be happy to recommend alternative accommodation should we be unable to accommodate you in some way.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card. Your card must be valid for the duration of your stay. Your card will only be debited in the event that you fail to turn up for your room.

If a credit/debit card is not available, a cheque equalling 50% of the total bill - made payable to Fraoch House - must be received within 14 days of arrival.
