Reservations

You may make reservations up to one year in advance.

Prior to your arrival please try to give us an indication of your arrival time. If the expected arrival time is going to be significantly delayed (greater than 3 hours), please contact us.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card. Your card must be valid for the duration of your stay. Your card will only be debited in the event that you fail to show up for your room.

If a credit/debit card is not available, a cheque equalling 50% of the total bill - made payable to Fraoch House - must be received within 14 days of arrival.

Payment

Your account must be settled in full on arrival, using any one of our available payment methods.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so as soon as possible, but not less than 7 days prior to arrival. A cancellation note will be sent and should be retained as proof of cancellation.

If you cancel a guaranteed reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival, you will be liable to pay 50% of the total cost of your reservation.

If you cancel a guaranteed reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival, you will be liable to pay the total cost of your reservation in full.

If we manage to fill the availability, we will endeavour to minimise the cancellation cost to you.
