The following tariffs are valid from the 1st January 2007 until the 31st December 2007.

	Single	£45 - £70 per room per night
	Twin/Double	£65 - £100 per room per night
	Family Room	£75 - £120 per room per night
	Fold Out Bed Supplement	£15 - £30 per night

Rates vary depending on the time of the year.

All rates include VAT at 17.5% and are inclusive of full Scottish or continental breakfast.

A 3% charge will be added to all credit/debit cards.

Our rates are negotiable for individuals who may require an extended stay.
