The following tariffs are valid from the 1st December 2009 until the 31st December 2010.

	Single	£30 - £75 per room per night
	Twin/Double	£50 - £115 per room per night
	Family Room	£80 - £145 per room per night
	Fold Out Bed Supplement	£15 - £35 per night

Rates vary depending on the time of the year.

All rates include VAT at 15% until 31st December 2009 and 17.5% therafter and are inclusive of full Scottish or continental breakfast.

Our rates are negotiable for individuals who may require an extended stay.
